Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with schools located Grimsby and Immingham that are seeking a flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor that can support with general cover.

The opportunity will be part‑time and up to 1‑5 days a week Monday to Friday. The role of a cover supervisor is ideal for a candidate seeking experience in a mainstream secondary school or an individual considering a teaching career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students are focused.
• Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges following behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
• Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.

• Experience working within an educational role.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory References.

The rate for this role will be £100 - £150 per day.
