Court of Protection - Senior Solicitor – Bristol

Cour of Protection Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate - 4+ PQE Bristol – An exciting opportunity to join a growing national firm and develop the Court of Protection department whilst working alongside specialist and established fee earners engaging in a meaningful and diverse caseload.

Summary
  • Job title: Associate / Senior Associate
  • Location: Bristol
  • Salary: Up to £68,000 DoE
  • Previous Experience: Dealing with a Court of Protection Caseload and experience with Property & Affairs matters
The role

The team prides itself on providing the highest quality advice and achieving the best results for their clients. These clients’ needs will be broad, often complex, and arise from age, illness, or injury.

You will be working on high-value Court of Protection matters as well as developing more junior fee earners.

Day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Visiting clients in their homes
  • Liaising with family members, care homes, case managers
  • Working with financial advisors to put financial plans in place
