Responsibilities

As a Course Enquiries Adviser you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their supporters, offering clear, accurate and engaging advice across a variety of channels — including phone, email, and digital platforms. You will handle a high volume of enquiries every day while maintaining a professional, client‑focused approach and support the university in achieving its student recruitment goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a busy environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in using digital platforms and managing enquiries across multiple channels
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach to meeting service standards
Additional Details
  • This is a permanent contract
  • The post is full‑time, 37 hours per week
  • Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 09:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • The position is based at our Moulsecoomb campus
  • Provisional date for interviews: Wednesday 21 January 2026
