  • Draft detailed Bills of Costs and supporting documentation for a variety of case types.
  • Prepare and file Costs Budgets and Points of Dispute/Reply where necessary.
  • Liaise with Counsel and the Court, including preparation of papers for hearings.
  • Manage applications for interim payments and assessment processes.
  • Collaborate with fee earners and the finance team regarding settlements and compliance with court orders.

Costs Draftsperson – Remote

Location: Fully Remote | Salary: Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join a well-established legal firm that specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence. This is a fully remote role offering a salary of up to £40,000 and a fantastic benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets, and supporting documents for the firm’s high-value and multi-track caseload. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Draft detailed Bills of Costs and supporting documentation for a variety of case @types.

  • Prepare and file Costs Budgets and Points of Dispute/Reply where necessary.

  • Liaise with Counsel and the Court, including preparation of papers for hearings.

  • Manage applications for interim payments and assessment processes.

  • Collaborate with fee earners and the finance team regarding settlements and compliance with court orders.

What Experience is Required
