Responsibilities

• Draft inter-partes claims at various levels.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting inter-partes claims, including Identity Disclosure (ID), Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury at various levels.
• Commercial experience would be advantageous, but all drafting experience will be considered.
