Qualifications

  • Qualified to degree level.
  • Cost-controller experience required.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
  • Able to communicate and challenge effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Organized and methodical.
  • Intermediate user of a spreadsheet package.
  • Previous experience with Micros is preferred.
  • Experience in a Purchasing or Cost Control function is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Food & Beverage Costs across multiple outlets.
  • Review and report on menu engineering and pricing.
  • Conduct stock takes for Food, Beverage, and Retail.
  • Maintain pricing and content of the POS systems.
  • Update supplier pricing in the Purchasing system.
  • Audit operations on delivery of service.
