Overview

Manpower are pleased to bring this exciting opportunity to market, having been retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, who are a well-known group and historical brand within their industry. They are currently looking to engage a Corrugator Manager as a key strategic layer into their current organisational structure, to report directly into the site Operations Director and help shape the existing team, drive both personnel, team, site excellence/best practice and growth.

The successful candidate:

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a leadership structure; coach, mentor, and demonstrate tangible results of increased efficiencies through effective process optimisation, increasing production capacity and reduced downtime.
• Drive site excellence and best practice across the corrugator operations; champion continuous improvement and high performance standards.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting a safe, inclusive and accountable culture that delivers quality output to customers.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director and other site leaders to shape the strategy and execution plan for manufacturing performance.

Qualifications and attributes

• Manufacturing background with proven leadership experience in a corrugating or similar packaging environment.
• People-focused, inclusive, visible and accessible leadership style with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams.
• Results-driven with strong emphasis on process optimisation, efficiency gains, capacity improvement and reduced downtime.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
