TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager in a well-established and highly regarded accountancy firm based in Sevenoaks.

This chartered firm of accountants has built a strong reputation across Kent, the South, and nationally, serving interesting and growing businesses including OMBs, SMEs, and large corporates. Due to ongoing growth and future development plans, the partners are seeking to add a capable Corporate Tax Manager to their team as a key member.

This role offers exposure to all areas of corporate tax, including EIS and R&D, with opportunities to lead on corporate finance transactions involving some of the biggest brands in the world.

Based at the firm's Sevenoaks office, you will join at a pivotal time in the firm's growth, with opportunities to develop your career within this successful practice.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing compliance and providing advisory services to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses across Kent and the South-East. The role can be tailored to the right candidate, but primary duties will typically involve:

1. Assisting with tax advisory work, including EIS and share schemes
2. Supporting mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, and tax due diligence
3. Preparing R&D tax relief claims
4. Preparing corporation tax computations and returns for larger, complex companies or groups
5. Overseeing and reviewing basic corporation tax compliance to ensure deadlines are met
6. Supervising junior staff members
