Role Overview
The Corporate Sales & Partnerships Executive is responsible for driving corporate dining revenue, hotel-linked business, and private event bookings for Antler & Ember.
This role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporates, hotels, embassies, MICE planners, HR teams, and lifestyle partners, positioning Antler & Ember as the preferred venue for business dining, client entertainment, and private functions.
This role, closely aligned with the restaurant’s brand positioning of refinement without formality.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate & B2B Sales
- Identify, approach, and secure corporate accounts (banks, law firms, consultancies, tech firms, SMEs).
- Promote:
- Corporate dining packages
- Executive lunch & dinner bookings
- Team celebrations & appreciation meals
- Client entertainment & hosting
- Build return corporate clientele and preferred‑vendor relationships.
- Events & Private Dining Sales
- Sell and manage:
- Private dining room bookings
- Buy‑outs & semi‑private events
- Product launches, networking events, and intimate corporate functions
- Prepare tailored proposals, menus, and quotations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Hotel & Strategic Partnerships
- Work closely with:
- Hotel sales & front office teams
- Concierge and corporate travel desks
- Cross‑sell Antler & Ember to:
- In‑house hotel guests
- Corporate accommodation partners
- Long‑stay and VIP clients
- Brand Representation & Outreach
- Represent Antler & Ember at:
- Networking events
- Hotel showcases
- Corporate tastings and site visits
- Conduct corporate tastings and menu previews for decision‑makers.
- Maintain a polished, professional brand presence aligned with the restaurant’s positioning.
- Sales Planning & Reporting
- Maintain CRM or sales tracking:
- Leads
- Conversion rates
- Repeat bookings
- Work with management to:
- Set monthly sales targets
- Develop seasonal corporate offerings (festive menus, year‑end packages)
- Provide regular sales performance updates.
Requirements & Profile
Experience
mins 1.5 years experience in:
- Corporate sales
- Hospitality sales
- Hotel F&B sales or events sales
Strong understanding of corporate dining and hospitality expectations.
