This position offers broad exposure to multi-product banking, genuine autonomy, and the chance to influence the bank’s growth trajectory in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and grow revenues, assets, and returns across your existing client portfolio.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with UK corporates, the bank’s Head Office, and domestic branches to increase deal size and identify cross-sell opportunities across loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, FX, bond issuance, and RMB products.
  • Proactively originate new client relationships to support the branch’s asset growth strategy.
Client Relationship & Execution
  • Deliver high-quality corporate banking products and services while maintaining a strong client-centric approach.
  • Lead on credit analysis, pre-loan due diligence, credit proposal preparation, and post-loan monitoring.
  • Manage complete transaction execution including documentation, legal negotiation, and internal process management.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure full compliance with UK regulatory requirements including Conduct Rules, KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and credit files in line with audit standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as a role model within the Corporate Banking team, offering guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, professional culture across the branch through effective communication and high-quality work output.

Why Apply?
