Overview

Seeking all those who have experience working Corporate Reception roles, with a focus on teamwork, front of house management and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be the face of the building, ensuring front of house is immaculate and guests are warmly welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the building and deliver a high standard of front of house service.
  • Maintain an immaculate reception area and ensure guests are greeted warmly.
  • Coordinate on-site activities as required and support colleagues in a team environment.
  • Work on site, five days a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Assist with basic building operations tasks such as safety checks and coordinating with contractors when they are on site, and checking work permits where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer/client-facing roles with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience or exposure to building operations/facilities management is desirable (e.g., safety inspections, contractor oversight, work permits).
  • Related qualifications such as IOSH, First Aid, Fire Marshal are a plus.
