A leading law firm in the South East is seeking a Corporate NQ+ Solicitor in Southampton. Qualifications

• An NQ with at least one corporate seat looking to specialize in corporate work.
• Qualified solicitor with approx. 2 years PQE+ experience.
• E&W qualified or has E&W experience.

Corporate NQ+ Solicitor, Southampton

A major law firm with one of the most highly regarded corporate teams in the south coast region seeks a corporate solicitor to join their thriving practice in Southampton.

Able to offer their corporate lawyers a diet of high quality corporate transactional work, this team works with clients from start ups to leading household names, domestically and across the globe – with deal values running into the tens of millions.

The team handles M&A, private equity, joint ventures, MBOs, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial advice.

The successful candidate will be:

• An NQ with at least one corporate seat and looking to specialise in corporate work upon qualification or a qualified solicitor with ca 2 years PQE+, although due to the structure of the existing team, applications will be considered from all corporate lawyers with the requisite experience.
• Experienced in a broad range of corporate law including M&A and/or private equity
• E&W qualified or with E&W experience
• Keen to develop your career with a leading team in the South East
