Job description

Our client is a cutting-edge space technology company who are developing the world’s first space-based cellular broadband network, enabling standard mobile devices to connect anywhere on the planet. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney / Legal Counsel to support complex commercial partnerships across Europe.

The Role

• Lead and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements
• Advise on telecoms regulatory and compliance matters
• Support cross-functional teams across legal, engineering, finance, and BD
• Build scalable legal frameworks for a rapidly growing global businessOversee external counsel and support international operations

What You’ll Bring

• UK-qualified lawyer
• Minimum of 7+ years PQE in telecoms, satellite, or advanced tech
• Prior experience negotiating complex strategic transactions and partnership deals with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and strategic technology partners and suppliers
• Law firm and / or in-house legal experience within a telecommunications or technology company
• Familiarity with international telecom regulations and cross-border agreements
• Experience in satellite communications or emerging technologies
