We are instructed on a confidential search for a high‑calibre Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) to join the London office of a market‑leading US law firm, working within a top‑ranked M&A and Private Equity practice.

The Role

You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of complex and high‑profile transactions, including:

• Cross‑border public and private M&A
• Sponsor‑side and portfolio company private equity work
• Strategic joint ventures and carve‑outs
• Growth capital and minority investments
