Corporate Associate (2–4 PQE) – London

A leading international law firm with a growing London platform is looking to hire a Corporate Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its high-performing Corporate team .

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking high-quality transactional work , genuine responsibility, and exposure to UK and cross-border M&A and private equity deals within a collaborative, collegiate environment.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including :

  • M&A and private equity transactions (buy- and sell-side)
  • Joint ventures and strategic investments
  • Corporate restructurings and advisory work
  • Running corporate due diligence , disclosure processes, and deal completions
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
  • Direct interaction with clients and other advisers
  • Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

Associates are encouraged to take day-to-day responsibility for appropriate matters, with supervision and support on more complex transactions.
