Contract Role - Corporate & Investment Banking Administrative Assistant - London/Onsite - 06 Months Initial - Inside IR35 PAYE

We are seeking a skilled Corporate & Investment Banking Administrative Assistant who will support a Senior Leadership team member and their team. This is an opportunity to apply organisational skills in a fast paced, dynamic and successful business. We are looking for an individual that is hard-working, has a positive attitude and a self-starting nature.

Overview

Job Title: Banking Administrative Assistant

Location: London/Onsite (initially full time in office, dropping to 1 day WFH once training is complete)

Contract Type: Contract

Duration: 06 months + initially

Rate: £27.50 per hour PAYE + holidays pay (7hrs a day - 35 hrs per week)

Requirements
  • Experience working within financial services or a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels written and verbally
  • Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Confidence at dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally
  • Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Capable to multitask and prioritise
  • Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
  • Strong planning/organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Professional/confident manner
