Overview

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading, independent CF firm. Our client seeks someone with drive, enthusiasm, ambition and commitment. A partner-owned and partner-driven firm, the team members generally work directly for the partners and therefore have a lot more exposure to projects. There is the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish quite quickly. As a result, the team members have to be able to take responsibility for their own work and be proactive in driving projects forward. The key focus is on client relationships, and we are looking for someone who can work well with clients and provide this level of focus and build these relationships. The firm provides a full suite of corporate finance services including: Due diligence (Financial Due Diligence mainly for Private Equity and Corporate clients), Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Assist.

Role Details

The Role Will Involve

  • Responsibility for engagement planning and management
  • Maintaining communication with the client / target to report on progress and keep information flowing
  • Preparation of databooks and relevant analysis
  • Drafting initial report or sections of a report for partner review
Lead advisory
  • Preparation of financial models
  • Preparation of information memorandum documents
  • Buyer / target research
  • Assisting with management presentations
  • Setting up and managing datarooms
  • Managing due diligence processes and related information requests

Team members have the opportunity to work across all of these disciplines and the on-the-job training is done by experienced partners, meaning that team members pick up the required skills very quickly and to a high level.
