Corporate Finance Analyst

My client is looking to hire an Analyst/junior Associate to work in the team, principally focused on ECM Advisory work, but also getting involved in other projects within the firm, including M&A and Private Capital Advisory.

Main Responsibilities
M&A:
  • Financial Modelling - dilution/accretion analysis and enlarged group forecast models
  • Documentation - term sheets and SPAs
  • Buyer/seller search
  • Transaction experience in both private and public M&A (Takeover Code) and includes the production of fairness opinions
Private Capital Advisory (private equity and private debt):
  • Sourcing financing for private deals from credit, minority and growth equity funds
  • Produce marketing materials, including teasers and management presentations, and prepare forecast and downside scenario financial models
  • Involved in the structuring and execution of private debt and private equity transactions, supporting the due diligence process and deal documentation
  • Help to build and maintain a network of different types of private capital funders
Equity Capital Markets:
  • Work on initial and secondary equity offerings both on AIM and the Main Market
  • Take ownership of drafting process for admission documents and prospectuses
  • Drafting other corporate finance documentation such as engagement letters and NDAs
  • Modelling - including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and forecast operating models
