Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or commercial law from training or post‑qualification.
• Ability to conduct due diligence and prepare reports for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting on company acquisitions, disposals and restructures.
• Advising clients on commercial contracts, joint ventures, shareholder agreements.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct client contact, attending meetings and supporting fee earners.
