• Managing existing client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth through business development activities.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm while working independently when necessary, always ensuring client needs remain the priority.

Key Requirements

• Between 2-5 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong background in commercial contracts, IP & IT contracts, and joint ventures.
• Additional experience in commercial contract management and procurement would be advantageous.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who is also comfortable taking the lead on business development.
• A proactive, client-focused approach to legal work, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
