🚨 We’re hiring: Corporate Associate (5+ PQE) – 4-day week, 100% salary, fully remote (with optional office access)

About the role

You’ll be joining our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate), working on a broad range of corporate matters for UK and international clients, including founders, investors, scale‑ups, and established businesses.

This is a senior, hands‑on role. You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential.

The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross‑border. You won’t be siloed. You’ll be expected to think, adapt, and step into new challenges with confidence.
