Overview

CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 10+ YEARS’ PQE, WILTSHIRE, £55K-£65K (DOE) + an excellent benefits package – A deep-rooted and successful law firm with offices across the region have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor.

The Role

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, company formations, restructures, and general business law issues. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them with both day-to-day operations and more complex transactional work.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have 10+ years’ PQE and the ability to manage a varied caseload of matters, working closely with clients to provide practical and high-quality legal advice. To be considered for this position, you will need excellent communication skills alongside strong organisational and time management abilities. The candidate will also have a strong track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
