About the Role:

We are seeking a creative media‑focused Corporate Affairs Manager to lead external communications for PwC’s People and Workforce agenda. You’ll manage our reputation as a leading employer and showcase our work on pay inclusion and workforce transformation. Reporting to the Corporate External Communications Lead, you’ll deliver media engagement and flagship campaigns, build relationships with top‑tier media, and handle reputational issues with strategic judgment. Working closely with People and Workforce leadership, subject‑matter experts and internal communications, you’ll ensure aligned messaging and impactful campaigns. Collaboration across Corporate Affairs teams is key to driving a positive employer brand and integrated communications.

What your days will look like:
  • Lead external campaigns: Design and deliver integrated communication plans for People and Workforce initiatives supporting firm‑wide campaigns where needed.
  • Enhance visibility: Build profiles of key spokespeople through media relationships, podcasts and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic collaboration: Develop strong internal relationships to align with firm‑wide priorities, plan and track content and identify opportunities for fresh commentary.
  • Risk and reputation management: Act as a subject‑matter expert spotting opportunities, drafting content and managing potential reputational issues proactively.
This role is for you if:
  • Proven media expertise: Strong relationships with media and a track record of delivering high‑impact coverage with versatile media relations and communications skills.
  • Campaign delivery: Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns including social media and events to shape strategies and plans effectively.
  • Reputation management: Solid understanding of internal communications and how internal / external issues interconnect, ensuring holistic risk management.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement: Ability to work closely with internal teams and manage diverse stakeholders proactively.
  • Strategic mindset: Intellectually curious, news‑aware and able to exercise sound judgment, knowing when to consult others.
  • Adaptable and positive: Flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work in a dynamic environment.
