Our client, a premier international offshore law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join its busy and highly respected Cayman Islands practice.

The successful candidate will advise on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions, including private equity deals, IPOs, M&A (public and private), joint ventures, restructurings and SPACs. Acting for a first-class client base of global financial institutions, multinationals, investment funds and leading onshore law firms, you will gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated corporate work available offshore.

Candidate Profile:

  • Admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction.
  • 3–8 years’ PQE, gained at a leading onshore or offshore law firm.
  • Solid background in corporate transactions, ideally spanning both public and private company work.
  • Excellent academics combined with strong technical skills and commercial judgement.
  • Highly organised with strong communication and team-working skills.
