What You b4ll Do

We are looking for someone who loves operations, enjoys problem solving with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships. The position will report to the Assistant Manager of Sales Operations, EU & UK, and will partner with various stakeholders to support our UK and EU growth.

What You b4ll Be Working On
  • Receive, enter, and process all domestic and international customer POs daily, ensuring orders translate seamlessly into our ERP system.
  • Input POs accurately in the ERP system to ensure the validity of all sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to place, track, and confirm delivery for marketing, PR initiatives, sampling, etc.
  • Work closely with commercial and demand teams to ensure the correct SKUs and quantities are allocated for all orders.
  • Meet the KPIs established by the manager at the beginning of each month (e.g., place orders within 24 hours; number of orders per month aligned with business needs; meet project deadlines).
  • Attend the office at least two to three days per week for collaboration purposes.
  • Assist with the gradual rollout of EDI order processing by coordinating testing with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor manual and EDI order processes, escalating transmission errors or inconsistencies to the line manager.
  • Document all processes with clear, step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Begin familiarisation with SAP processes and language in preparation for go-live in the coming year.
  • Communicate effectively with Retail Partners and Third-Party Vendors regarding all open orders, both manual and EDI-based.
Must Haves
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor b4s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant workplace experience
  • Proactive team player with strong analytical and solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail to process multiple orders accurately with initiative to flag errors
  • Strong business sense and experience operating in small to medium-sized business environments
  • Ability to operate effectively and independently
  • Beauty industry experience is a plus, but a passion for beauty products and for Sol de Janeiro is a must
  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with or willingness to learn SAP is highly desirable as the company transitions systems
  • Exposure to or interest in EDI platforms and workflows; EDI experience is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable working in an environment undergoing systems and process change
