Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team. You’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for a Coordinator to join our busy Telecoms team. You’ll help keep our work running smoothly by managing job packs, permits, and task updates. In this role, you’ll review job packs to check permit conditions. You’ll request permits when needed and send job packs to our field crews. You’ll also submit R1 forms, close tasks on our system (Optimus), and create DFE records. You’ll complete A55 forms and help process billing too.

You’ll work closely with other teams to make sure everything is accurate and on time. You’ll need to stay organised, follow clear steps, and keep good records.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.
