Overview

Our superb client, with offices based in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Responsibilities

• As Conveyancing Team Leader, you will already be experienced in managing your own residential property caseloads and you will be looking for the next step in your career. You will have a proven working experience on dealing with residential sales & purchase, transfer of equity, new build & leasehold and re-mortgage to be considered for this new position. You will be looking after a small team initially with the intention of growing the team.

• Previous, recent and strong residential conveyancing experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Supervisory / team mentoring experience
• Highly organised with strong business development skills
