The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established team in Bradford. This is a chance to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, while also playing an important role in developing and supporting junior colleagues.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and provide an excellent standard of client care.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Conveyancing Assistants, supporting their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures and contribute to maintaining best practice.
• Prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to support the continued growth of the conveyancing team.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fee-earning role within conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex matters independently.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
