Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Walsall Law Firm

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-established, family-friendly law firm based in Walsall. This is a full-time, permanent position within a supportive and welcoming conveyancing team.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team. Duties will include:

  • Handling initial conveyancing quotes and opening new files
  • Liaising with clients and other solicitors involved in the transaction
  • Preparing client care letters and legal documents
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support across the conveyancing department

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and values quality service over high-volume caseloads.

About You

To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary job in Walsall, you should ideally have:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in conveyancing support
  • Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT and case management system knowledge
  • Experience in a new business department (desirable but not essential)

You should also be based in Walsall or the surrounding West Midlands area.
