Residential Conveyancer

A long-established law firm in south Londonis recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner.
The work is a full range of residential conveyancing with a focus on local properties.

This firm has a strong administrative team, where each Fee Earner has a dedicated Administrator.

Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Help-to-buys

You must:
- Have 3+ years of experience managing a caseload independently
- Be able to manage client expectations well
- Be driven to provide high-quality work and service to clients
