Our client is looking for a 4-year PQE+ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX-qualified Conveyancer, they offer in return free onsite parking, pension and a competitive salary package.
You will have a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. The ideal Conveyancing Lawyer will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently, and strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. A full driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Lawyer role:
  • Support the Head of Department and work independently when required.
  • Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Draft, review, and finalise contracts and property-related documents.
  • Assess searches and manage Land Registry applications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Promote conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and support junior team members through training and guidance.
