The role
  • Preparing and drafting contracts, letters, and key legal documents
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments and keeping team diaries running smoothly
  • Monitoring key conveyancing milestones, including completions
  • Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Updating the case management system accurately and promptly
  • Carrying out property searches and assisting with exchanges and completions
  • Providing support to colleagues across the department when required
  • Maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times
