The Role

The successful candidate will assist the conveyancing team with a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
  • Handling client calls, emails, and queries in a professional manner
  • Opening and closing files, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Conducting property searches and preparing reports
  • Drafting contracts and transfer documents under supervision
  • Managing post-completion formalities including registrations and file archiving
  • Providing day-to-day support to conveyancers and ensuring the smooth running of transactions
