They are now on the lookout for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Assistant to join their growing team!   • Assisting and building on your own case load within residential property
  • Taking instructions on new enquiries
  • Providing advice and handling cases as part of a team and individually
  • Building relationships with clients and contacts
  • Prepare contracts and correspondence
  • Use case management systems to produce legal documents
  • Identify new opportunities
THE PERSON:
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience working within property
  • Ideally will be qualified
  • Excellent organisation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong academic record
