THE ROLE

Our client, a reputable and client-focused law firm, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy property team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their conveyancing career. You’ll assist Fee Earners with drafting documents, managing correspondence and case files, scheduling key milestones, liaising with clients and third parties and supporting property transactions from instruction to completion.

THE CANDIDATE

You will succeed in this role if you are detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, preferably within a legal environment, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. You should be capable of managing tasks independently, communicating professionally with clients and colleagues and maintaining discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
