Conveyancing Assistant | Permanent | Derby | Excellent Salary | Cherry Professional are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant. You will work closely with our conveyancing team to ensure the smooth running of property transactions, supporting with administration, communication, and case management.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts, and legal documents
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, filing, and document organisation
  • Scheduling appointments and keeping diaries up to date
  • Handling completion dates and other key conveyancing milestones
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders
  • Updating the case management system promptly and accurately
  • Performing property searches and assisting with exchanges and completions
  • Supporting colleagues across the department when required
  • Upholding confidentiality and high professional standards at all times
Ideal Candidate:
  • Have proven administrative experience, ideally in a legal environment
