I’m working with a well-established and growing firm based in Battle, looking to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancer. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ PQE who’s ready to manage a full caseload and progress their career in a supportive, forward-thinking team.

The Role: You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
  
  
• Remortgages
  
  
• Transfers of equity
  
  
• Shared Ownership
  
  

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX
  
  
• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  
  
• Confident managing files independently
  
  
• Strong client care and communication skills
