We're looking for a Conveyancer in Leeds to manage freehold and leasehold sale/purchase transactions from instruction to completion. You'll handle title checks, enquiries, liaise with clients, and carry out AML/SOF checks.

Description
  • Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
  • Checking leasehold titles and responding to enquiries
  • Dealing with enquiries on sales and producing property reports on purchases
  • Occasionally involved in shared ownership or new build matters
  • Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
  • Carrying out AML and Source of Funds checks
Profile
  • A solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience handling residential sale and purchase transactions
  • Skilled in managing a full caseload independently
  • Confident in liaising with clients and third parties
  • Organised and detail-focused, with strong communication skills
