The Opportunity

Location: Gravesend, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and associated documents
• Conduct title checks, searches and due diligence
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What We're Looking For

• 3‑6 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
• UK private practice background
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
