Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full conveyancing caseload of approximately 30 files from instruction to completion.
• Conduct title investigations and prepare legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Work collaboratively within the wider property team.
