We’re looking for a passionate and data‑driven CRO Manager to join our eCommerce team. In this newly created, hands‑on role, you’ll shape and implement our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) roadmap from day one. You’ll lead the test‑and‑learn agenda, designing, executing, and analysing A / B to directly enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.
