Controls Engineer

📍Poole, Dorset

💰 £47,000 - £50,000

🕰️ Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, on call 1 in 4

Roles / Responsibilities

• Update & modernise control, automation and electrical systems including PLC's, HMI, SCADA & instrumentation
• Updating maintenance systems to provide feedback and ensure maintenance systems are kept up to date
• Provide automation, control and electrical support for engineering functions
• Identify improvements and efficiencies on machinery and be involved in project work

What We're Looking For

• Electrical or systems engineering qualification
• Experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly food or packaging
• PLC programming language – Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley
