Overview

Contracts Supervisor (Timber Frame) – £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Healthcare + Progression. North West England based (sites in Liverpool, Preston, Manchester).

An exciting role for a Contracts Supervisor to join an innovative timber frame company working with renowned housebuilders across the country, in a progressive role with development opportunities.

The company specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of advanced pre-fabricated roof systems for residential developers across the UK. They are experiencing significant growth and have a robust pipeline of projects. They are now seeking to recruit a Contracts Supervisor to oversee projects in the North West region.

You will be required to visit new sites to set up installations and monitor the installation teams to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll travel between sites to perform pre-installation checks, inspect completed works, and attend pre-site meetings with site managers. You will own site reports and documentation, while managing your own diary and workload. Although you’ll be on-site most days, there is flexibility to handle some tasks from home to balance your day.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a carpentry or joinery background and on-site supervisory experience to grow within a successful and innovative company.

• Construction Manager or Supervisor on Timber Frame Roofing Installation Projects
• Overseeing construction professionals to ensure smooth delivery on site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and in line with quality standards
• Site travel in the North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Preston)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor / Management role
• Carpentry or Joinery trade background with a valid CSCS card
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• SSSTS minimum; SMSTS and Appointed Person is desirable
• Full UK Driver's License
