Job Title: Contracts & Procurement Senior Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours per week: 35
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, we are recruiting for two dynamic Senior Business Partners, to join us at this exciting time, as we expand the Contracts and Procurement team at IOSH.
The role will lead on all aspects of contracts & procurement activity to support the business across supply chain and customer contracts. You will support from identify potential suppliers, draft, negotiate, administer and give advice on a wide variety of contracts forms across the portfolio, acting in the best interests of IOSH, ensuring best value for money via contract lift cycle and stakeholder partnering.
You will foster collaborative working relationships cross-functionally with stakeholders from across the organisation, ensuring the contracts and procurement service is responsive to business needs and ensure that the decisions taken are proportionate to identified risk and spend.
You will be a strong, systems driven individual with experience of best practice within a contracts & procurement environment, ready to bring experience and new ideas to this developing function.
A strong understanding of procurement, supply chain management, commercial contract law and contract management principles is a must, as is a commitment to keeping your knowledge up to date in this ever-evolving field. You will leverage your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to foster strong collaborations with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Your organised and methodical approach to work will enable you to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
With proven experience of working in a Procurement and Contracts senior position, you will be highly proficient in working with the Microsoft Office Suite and confident in drafting and reviewing contractual terms and conditions. You will be educated to degree level, working towards or hold CIPS qualifications.
