This role involves oversight of Design and Build projects, requiring strong client-facing skills. Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for 2 new build care home projects, both JCT and around GBP10M in value, reporting to the Senior Management Team.

Consistent experience in D&B projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommadtion, housing & retirement is also considered.
Strong client facing skills are required, as this forward thinking, well regarded and very busy Contractor currently enjoys 80% repeat business and has a well deserved reputation for treating it's employee's extremely well.
