Overview

Contracts Manager - Permanent - Exeter, Devon

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 doe

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join one of the South West's leading Groundworks companies to join an expanding team in the Devon area. This role would encompass Devon and parts of Somerset.

As one of the South West leading Groundworks companies who hold some excellent long term relationships the role will provide job security and an excellent job opportunity. Projects will involve working on major housing developments and commercial buildings as well as roads & sewers, foundations and infrastructure.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in groundworks and construction and have worked in a similar role. We will also look at candidates looking for a step up into a management role.

Key Duties
  • Work in line with Health, Safety and Environmental obligations and compliance at all times, including RAMS and COSHH
  • Overall responsibility of the general running of all site activities
  • Overall management of all site personnel on your contracts and management of all sub contract services within your areas
  • Reporting into management and attending meetings as and when required
