A residential property development firm in the UK is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead and manage high-spec residential projects. The role offers autonomy in project delivery while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Ideal candidates should have a background in construction management with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with JCT contracts are essential. The position offers a company van and the chance to influence project efficiency.

As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee several live projects at once, making sure they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the standards our clients expect. You’ll work closely with the Contracts Director, commercial team, clients, and site teams to keep projects moving and risks under control.
You’ll be professional, confident, and respected by those around you. You communicate clearly, lead by example, and take pride in delivering quality work. You’re organised, self‑motivated, and always looking for better ways of doing things.
