Contracts Manager — Location: Travelling role (Manchester, Midlands, London, M4 Corridor). Sector: Refurbishment - Hotels & Leisure. Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package.

Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects across the UK (predominantly hotels & leisure).
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project resources effectively.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Leading client communication and maintaining strong relationships.
• Driving health & safety compliance across all projects.
