A leading Mechanical & Electrical high performance processing engineering contractor is now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the operational team. This is a key leadership role within a business renowned for delivering complex, high value projects within Data Centre and Pharmaceutical sectors.

As the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of 2-3 current projects. You will provide strong commercial and operational leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple M&E projects up to £10M
• Leading and motivating large, multidisciplinary project teams
• Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery
• Overseeing commercial performance, programme, quality, and HSEQ compliance
• Driving continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery
• Supporting and mentoring project and site management teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up)
• Strong background in Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, or other high performance and regulated environments
• Demonstrated longevity and progression within management roles
• Commercially astute and client focused
