Contracts Manager

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + Package
Location: London

We’re currently looking for a Contracts Manager to work on multiple projects over £1m on behalf of a large, successful developer in an office-based position.

You will be running up to three projects at any one time, with each one being over £1 million. Our client offers excellent progression and a permanent position, illustrating the growth of the company.

The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and will have experience in the procurement of construction/infrastructure maintenance/soft and hard business/building services subcontracts and materials.

The ideal candidate will be a fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and process throughout the organisation. They will be delivery-focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems, and ensure effective solutions.
